microsoft+yahoo: bad idea

biases notwithstanding, my gut tells me a merger between the two is a bad idea. for both companies.
my take:
44 billion is a huge amount. microsoft may be desperate. competition or not, if this bid will go through it will stress microsoft out. maybe a year before real results become visible. changing logos on websites doesn’t [...]
